House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

Self check-in via keybox available. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability and prior agreement.
General Rules
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. The number of guests must not exceed the number specified at booking.
- Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Please treat the property with care and report any damages promptly.
- Secure all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Energy-conscious behavior is appreciated - please turn off lights and floor heating when not in use.
Not Allowed
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties or events without prior approval are not permitted.
- Additional guests not listed in the booking are not allowed.
Safety & Security
- The property is equipped with an alarm system. Access codes will be provided at check-in.
- Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located in the kitchen.
- Emergency contact numbers can be found in the welcome folder.
- Please keep all exterior gates and doors locked at night.
Pool Rules
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times in the pool area.
- No glass items in the pool area.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- Pool use is at your own risk.
