Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and become binding only upon receipt of booking confirmation.

The person named in the booking must be at least 18 years old and assumes responsibility for all guests.

Room occupancy must not exceed the number specified at booking. All guests must be declared at the time of booking.

For bookings made through Airbnb, Airbnb payment terms apply.

For direct bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Self check-in via keybox available.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged based on availability for an additional fee.

Keys must be returned at check-out. Lost keys will be charged.

Guests are responsible for adhering to all house rules during their stay.

Damage to property caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the guest.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables.

In case of disturbance or violation of house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund.

Personal data collected during the booking process is used only for booking management and communication.

We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
